CSL Behring is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a 24/7 GMP-regulated biologics facility in Illinois (Kankakee area). Lead shift maintenance across Bulk, Fractionation, and Fill & Finish operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operation of critical systems.

You will supervise technicians, drive rapid troubleshooting, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance in a high-demand manufacturing environment with strong emphasis on audit readiness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in biotech/pharma maintenance.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or shift-lead role.
• Strong GMP-biologics manufacturing experience.
• Experience with bulk biologics production, fractionation, or aseptic fill & finish.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate maintenance technicians during assigned shift.
• Serve as first-line escalation for production-critical breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot equipment impacting Bulk, Fractionation, Fill & Finish operations.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance in SAP CMMS.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and shift handoffs.
• Support FDA/EMA inspections and off-shift auditor coverage.
