KBI Biopharma, Inc. is seeking a senior maintenance technician to oversee installation, 24/7 operation, maintenance, and modification of site systems. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, CAPA, and documentation with strong independent judgment and teamwork.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and process equipment, using CMMS and SOPs, with emphasis on safety and quality in a cGMP pharmaceutical environment.

Formación

• Minimum ten (10) years as a general maintenance mechanic in manufacturing, or equivalent mix of training/experience.
• Experience with utility systems, boilers, electrical, HVAC and refrigeration; cGMP pharma environment preferred.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, reports, and CAPA-related documents, with good documentation practices.

Responsabilidades

• Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and process equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair facilities and systems, including motors, pumps, boilers, chillers, and water systems.
• Document maintenance activities and deviations following good documentation practices.
• Train on SOPs and work plans; adhere to safe work practices.

Educación

High School diploma or equivalent, plus hands-on or vocational training

AS/AA Degree in Mechanical/Utilities Technology

Licensed Journeyman

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

CMMS experience (Blue Mountain preferred)

General utilities and facility systems knowledge
