Job summary

Locus Fermentation Solutions in Peoria, IL is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities across facility and process equipment. You will oversee technicians and contractors, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and drive reliability and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience leading, supervising, or coordinating maintenance technicians preferred.
Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure safe, efficient work.
Plan, assign, and monitor daily maintenance activities including preventive maintenance.
Provide hands-on technical guidance for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation issues.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering to minimize downtime and support reliability.
