Job summary

HGS Bioscience is seeking a Maintenance Tech to lead daily shift operations, support operators, and troubleshoot equipment in a biologics manufacturing setting focused on humic and fulvic products. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous improvement on the floor.

You will perform advanced maintenance, coordinate with plant leadership, and ensure documentation and processes meet quality standards while maintaining a clean, compliant environment in a fast-paced plant.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in industrial manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
• Experience leading floor teams and coordinating shift activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and support production activities across the plant.
• Provide floor leadership and direction to production employees during shifts.
• Cover employee absences and assist in maintaining production continuity.
• Communicate shift updates and production status to plant leadership.
• Verify production logs, batch documentation, and records for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot operational and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist with maintenance logs, repair records, and parts inventory.
• Submit purchase requests for replacement parts as directed.
