The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in maintenance, especially in FDA-regulated environments, and be skilled in electrical and mechanical systems. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of CMMS systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant maintenance experience or Associate degree with 2+ years related experience.
• Strong experience in manufacturing environments, particularly in FDA-regulated settings.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians ensuring standards are met.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Support preventive maintenance execution and reporting.
