Sipcam Agro USA, Inc. seeks a Senior Biostimulant Product Agronomist to lead the USA/Canada agronomist team and protect biostimulant margins. You will collaborate with Marketing, Development, Operations, and Regulatory to drive new product offerings and demand through distributors, retailers, and growers.

The role requires strategic leadership, extensive biostimulant experience, and a track record of exceeding sales objectives across North America and Europe. Travel is extensive.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural field, Business, Science, or Agronomy is required.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 20+ years of biostimulant product managerial and value added/complex selling experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the USA and Canada Biostimulant Product Agronomist team.
• Maintain biostimulant sales margins in the USA and Canada.
• Develop high-margin product strategies and allocate resources.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive demand for biologicals and biorationals.
• Coordinate with Development, Operations, and Regulatory on private label strategies.
• Represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
• Manage budgets and forecast as part of sales leadership.
