Job summary

Sipcam Agro USA, Inc is seeking a Manager of Marketing and Communications to lead integrated marketing communications for its Agriculture and Specialty business units in the USA and Canada. The role will develop technical and promotional content across print, digital, direct-mail, point-of-purchase, and trade-show channels, ensuring consistent brand identity and positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or similar field.
• 5+ years in agriculture marketing and communications.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of technical writing experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write communication plans for Agriculture and Specialty units.
• Coordinate communication plans with Sr. Director of Marketing.
• Execute plans for print ads, literature, online pieces, and tradeshow coordination.
• Provide marketing tools and reports to Sales teams.
• Assist with price lists and sales programs.
• Collaborate with Sales to align sales programs with distribution strategy.
• Maintain social media strategy with marketing partners.
• Coordinate product label updates with Regulatory, Production, Purchasing.
• Manage websites for Sipcam Agro USA, Sipcam Agro Solutions, and Sipcam Agro Canada.
• Develop corporate branding and ensure consistent look.
• Participate in New Product Introduction team.
• Liaise with trademark attorney for brand availability at launch.
• Track trademarks for Sipcam entities.
• Develop value propositions for key customer segments.
• Project management for product development and launches; report progress.
• Write media plans and interpret results.
• Coordinate tradeshow activities and demand creation.
• Report to the Durham, NC office.
