The role requires 20+ years in biostimulant management, strong leadership, and a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, plus ability to travel across the US, Canada, and Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Agricultural related field; Master’s is a plus.
• 20+ years of biostimulant product managerial experience.
• Extensive North America crop protection and specialty products industry knowledge.
• Proven leadership, coaching and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead USA and Canada Biostimulant Product Agronomist team strategically and technically.
• Accountable for biostimulant sales margins in USA/Canada.
• Support sales teams to achieve annual objectives.
• Develop high-margin product business strategies and allocate resources.
• Collaborate with marketing to generate demand for biologicals and biorationals.
• Work with development and regulatory teams on new products and launches.
• Forecast biostimulant budget with National Sales Manager.
