Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
• Working knowledge of SQL Server/SQL/T-SQL and relational schemas.
• Experience with Databricks and Apache Spark, preferably PySpark.
• Foundational Python or R for analysis and ML workflows.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT, data modeling, data quality checks, and version control.
• Experience building Power BI reports and semantic models with DAX.
• Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate integration.
• Basic familiarity with NLP and Large Language Models.

Responsibilities

• Code to segment populations from large datasets and verify data accuracy.
• Create and maintain documentation and artifacts.
• Develop ad hoc tools to support analytics areas.
• Learn emerging technologies and systems relevant to initiatives.
• Support team communication and strategy implementation.
• Manage projects and data preparation for reporting and readiness analytics.
• Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL Server and Databricks.
• Create curated, analysis-ready datasets with data quality and lineage.
• Optimize data processing performance and scheduling/monitoring.
• Apply statistical methods and ML to generate forecasts and insights.
• Create dashboards in Power BI with semantic models and measures.
• Integrate data products into Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Work on unstructured data and language-focused use cases.
• Familiar with LLMs and agent concepts to assist senior teammates.
