Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with SQL Server/SQL/T-SQL and data engineering concepts
• Experience with Databricks and Spark (PySpark)
• Experience building Power BI reports and semantic models
• Familiarity with Power Apps/Power Automate
• Basic NLP familiarity and data requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy analytics to derive actionable insights
• Act as data/analytical contact across projects
• Analyze data and provide trends and insights
• Develop KPIs, metrics, and scripts for data outputs
• Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL Server and Databricks
• Create dashboards and semantic models in Power BI
• Support integration with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Document data sources, transformations, and methodologies
• Prepare data for operational reporting and readiness analytics
