Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Access).
• Working knowledge of SQL Server/SQL/T-SQL and data schemas.
• Hands-on Databricks / Spark experience, preferably PySpark.
• Foundational programming in Python or R for analysis.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT, data modeling, quality checks, version control.
• Experience building visual analytics with Power BI (reports, datasets, semantic models, DAX).
• Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow integration.
• Basic familiarity with NLP and Large Language Models.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to derive actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Act as data analytics contact across projects and guide improvements.
• Develop and implement KPIs and scripts for data analysis.
• Code to segment populations from large datasets and ensure data quality.
• Create and maintain documentation and artifacts.
• Support data preparation and ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL Server and Databricks.
• Build dashboards and analytics products in Power BI.
• Integrate data products with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Collaborate with team on strategy and communications.
• Prepare data from multiple sources for reports and readiness analytics.
• Apply ML techniques for forecasts and readiness insights.
