Job summary

Greenrise Technologies is seeking a Bioretention Project Manager to own delivery of bioretention and LID installations from handoff through plant establishment and close-out, coordinating soil media, underdrain systems, plant material, and final inspections.

This deadline-driven role serves GCs, civil site contractors, developers, and municipalities with a competitive salary, a bonus program, and full benefits including health insurance and 401k.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Experience in commercial construction project management, with bioretention, stormwater, or civil site work strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily deadlines.
• Highly organized and able to see projects through to completion.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in MS Project and ProCore PM Software preferred.
• Working knowledge of bioretention and LID design standards and stormwater manuals.
• Ability to read and interpret civil grading, drainage, and planting plans.
• Landscape, horticulture, or plant identification background a plus.
• CPESC, CESSWI, LEED AP, or state stormwater inspector certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project Setup & Handoff to client and internal team.
• Document Management: Load Project documents into various systems.
• Review construction documents, specs and details.
• Coordinate transfer from Estimating to Project Management after sale.
• Attend scope reviews and site visits.
• Communicate weekly with general contractors and customers.
• Lead weekly staff meetings.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, RFPs, and subcontractors.
• Develop weekly schedules, budgets, submittals, drawings, and purchase orders.
• Complete monthly pay applications/invoicing.
• Coordinate engineered soil media delivery and testing.
• Sequence underdrain, stone, and fabric installation.
• Procure plant material and planting schedules.
• Manage establishment-period maintenance and warranties.
• Coordinate inspections and stormwater certifications with the engineer and authority.
