Job summary

Greenrise-Technologies,-LL in Tennessee is seeking a Bioretention Project Manager responsible for delivering bioretention and LID installations from handoff through plant establishment and close-out.

You will manage engineered soil media, underdrains, stone systems, plant material, and inspections with the design engineer, coordinating with GCs, civil site contractors, developers, and municipalities in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to meet daily project deadlines.
• Highly organized and able to see projects through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Load Project documents into systems and review specs/drawings.
• Collaborate with estimator and sales for smooth handoff to PM.
• Attend Scope Reviews, Pre-Con Meetings, and Site Visits.
• Communicate weekly with General Contractors and customers.
• Lead weekly staff meetings with team.
• Manage Change Orders, RFIs, RFPs, and Subcontractors.
• Develop weekly schedules, budgets, submittals, shop drawings, and Purchase Orders.
• Complete monthly pay applications/invoicing.
• Coordinate engineered soil media specification conformance and testing.
• Sequence installation of underdrain, stone, and filter fabric with site schedule.
• Procure plant material and plan planting around seasons.
• Manage establishment-period maintenance and plant survival warranty obligations.
• Coordinate inspections, as-builts, and stormwater certifications.
