Job summary

Insituform Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple pipeline rehabilitation projects. You will plan schedules, manage budgets, and oversee submittals, contracts, and cost reporting.

The role requires a BS in Construction Management or Engineering, 10+ years in water/wastewater construction, and strong financial acumen. Travel overnight may be required. Excellent leadership and collaboration with Operations and Business Development are essential.

Qualifications

• BS degree with a concentration in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is required; Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of water/wastewater construction or related construction industry experience and management experience is required.
• Experience managing project/portfolio P&L, and Balance Sheet calculations REQUIRED
• Clear understanding of managerial financial information and familiarity with cost accounting systems.
• Experienced with collections, contract administration, budgets, forecasting and cost accounting.
• Ability to interpret extensive technical instructions in mathematical/diagram form and work with multiple variables.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and lead a team and collaborate with internal customers.
• Willingness to travel overnight as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain construction project schedules and budgets; prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Prepare construction estimates; ensure accurate site surveys for estimating.
• Secure project submittals and critical project documents.
• Administer project meetings with operations and subcontractors; adjust schedules as needed.
• Review, prepare, and acquire contracts from customers and subcontractors.
• Contract administration of owner and subcontractor contracts.
• Perform field investigations to assess quality, safety, and crew performance.
• Update project management system daily with actual costs and commitments.
• Accountable for project profit/loss; ensure timely billings and collections.
• Prepare performance metric reports and schedule of values for all projects.
• Conduct month-end financial reviews including revenue recognition and cost review.
• Manage direct reports and collaborate with operations and Business Development.
