Job summary

Greenrise Technologies is seeking a Field Manager to oversee on-site construction activities, coordinating crews and ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget alignment. You will work with operations leaders, sales, estimators, and customer contacts to prepare sites for erosion-control installations and ensure timely, high-quality execution.

The role involves managing field and office tasks, conducting safety briefings, and guiding crew leaders toward efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Maintain relationships with crew leaders and customer staff.
• Represent the company professionally with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain construction schedules and provide regular updates to crew leaders and office staff.
• Lead periodic meetings with crew leaders and members on safety, field procedures, and paperwork.
• Ensure time sheets and worksheets are correctly filled to support invoicing and payroll.
• Coordinate job site logistics and communicate readiness to site teams and customers.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed on site.
• Review equipment status and coordinate maintenance with leadership and mechanics.
• Develop crew leaders to prepare them for future Field Manager roles.
