Job summary

Green Seal Environmental is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to lead site investigation and remediation projects under state and federal programs, supporting regional infrastructure initiatives. This leadership role requires excellent planning and communication while managing client relations and project teams.

The candidate will oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and subcontractors, while delivering QA/QC reviews and timely reports from our Sagamore Beach, MA office.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required in Environmental, Engineering, Geology or similar field.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a CORI.
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification.
• Experience with reporting types listed in Core Responsibilities.
• Experience with project management and client management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• 8+ years of directly-related industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ASTM Phase I / Phase II Reports.
• Prepare MCP Immediate Response Action Reports.
• Prepare MCP Release Abatement Measure Reports.
• Prepare Health and Safety Plans.
• Prepare SPCC Plans.
• Prepare SWPPP Plans.
• Prepare regulatory permit filings (Tier II, GHG, AQSR, UST).
• Prepare soil boring logs, well construction logs, data tables, maps & figures.
• Oversee, direct, and perform field sampling (soil, groundwater, soil vapor, indoor air).
• Direct field oversight for HASP, UST removal, soil excavation, borings installation, etc.
• Prepare budgets, scopes of work, and contracts/proposals.
• Communicate directly with clients on projects.
• Provide technical and QA/QC review on deliverables.
• Manage projects including staff, scope, schedule, budget, sub-contractors, invoicing and client communication.
