Job summary

Advocate Health Care is seeking a part-time administrative support professional for Wake Forest University Health Sciences’ Academic Translational Neuroscience program. Responsibilities

• First point of contact for biorepository donors and participants.
• Obtain informed consent and document donor status in patient charts.
• Process and track specimens and shipping logs to the main repository.
• Enter data, generate reports, and maintain supplies.
• Coordinate with OR, pathology, and research staff as needed.
