Job summary

The Kryosphere biorepository team is seeking a dedicated Biorepository Inventory Specialist to maintain audit-ready inventories of biospecimens across storage environments. You will execute cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies in the LIMS and billing, and ensure adherence to SOPs and GxP/GDP requirements.

Responsibilities include handling potentially infectious materials safely, following HIPAA and OSHA guidelines, and lifting items over 50 lbs while working in cold storage areas such as

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining audit-ready inventories in a regulated setting.
• Proficiency with LIMS and billing reconciliation.
• Familiarity with SOPs and regulatory requirements (GxP/GDP).
• Ability to handle potentially infectious materials following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Executes scheduled cycle counts to ensure inventory and billing accuracy.
• Retrieves, handles, and stores client materials using controlled temperatures.
• Performs inventory of client materials with accuracy and minimal QA corrections.
• Completes documentation for tasks and submits to Quality for review.
• Works in cold storage environments and lifts items over 50 lbs.
