Job summary

Resonant Clinical Solutions seeks a Biorepository Technician for our Leesburg, VA facility. The role focuses on inventory control, material handling, and documentation in a regulated environment, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety practices.

You will collaborate with the Senior Technician and cross-functional teams, participate in data digitization, and support regulatory compliance and quality control throughout daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Able to follow written and/or verbal instructions with high accuracy.
• Capable of producing quality work with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Learn and use Microsoft Office, database software, and biorepository accessioning system; comfortable with inventory and data management.

Responsibilities

• Accession and archive materials in biorepository software and inventory system.
• Ensure accuracy of material records, labeling, and documentation.
• Sort and inventory materials (wet tissues, blocks, slides, etc.).
• Support freezer clearance and maintain organized storage.
• Perform line clearance and end-of-day checks to prevent cross-contamination.
• Handle material transactions and data digitization per client specs.
