Repligen seeks a Bioprocessing Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth for its OPUS chromatography column portfolio across the Midwest and Southeast regions. You will promote and sell pre-packed columns, support customers through development, scale-up, tech transfer, and manufacturing, and build a robust sales pipeline.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant scientific or engineering degree, have 5+ years in bioprocessing sales, strong chromatography knowledge, and Salesforce experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field.
• 5+ years in bioprocessing sales, technical support, or downstream manufacturing.
• Strong chromatography knowledge and proven sales growth.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 65%.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell pre-packed chromatography columns.
• Support customers through process development, scale-up and tech transfer.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Develop technical and commercial relationships with biopharma clients.
• Conduct presentations, facility tours, and product demos.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM data.
