Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a sales professional to manage an assigned territory, using clinical training and judgment to implement client marketing plans and support physicians and staff.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2-5 years of B2B experience and 1-2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience. Travel, compliance knowledge, and a proven track record are essential. Base salary ranges from $72,000 to $77,000 with potential commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-5 years of B2B experience.
• 1-2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Pharmaceutical pain management experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of success in exceeding results.
• Demonstrated sales acumen.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to travel and maintain a valid driver's license for visits to assigned healthcare accounts.
• Residence within the assigned territory or its boundaries required.
• Local and national travel required for this position.
• Understanding of compliance & privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Leverage audience-specific marketing and sales materials.
• Identify and develop business relationships with targeted Health Care providers.
• Plan and prioritize activities to ensure consistent territory coverage aligned to client needs.
• Deliver educational and scientific support to inform decisions by physicians, practitioners, and nursing staff.
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers.
• Develop and implement plans for territory to meet market share goals.
• Communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Demonstrate effective presentation skills.
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Present a professional sales image in all business matters.
• Manage and maintain expense and promotional budgets for the territory within guidelines.
• Operate within Compliance Guidelines at all times.
• Adhere to Policies, Process and Procedures.
