Job summary

Roquette seeks a Technical Sales and Customer Specialist for its Biopharmaceutical Team in Wilmington, DE or Springhouse, PA. You will serve as a technical SME across biologics/injectable applications, supporting customers from development to commercialization.

Responsibilities include building customer relationships, evaluating solutions, identifying opportunities, and delivering technical presentations and training. Travel 30–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Pharmacy/biopharma or life sciences.
• 3–7 years of pharma/biotech experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical SME supporting biologics and injectable applications across the sale cycle.
• Provide technical support to biopharma customers and enable Roquette solutions.
• Build relationships with R&D, formulation, process teams to define solutions.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Prepare technical marketing materials and data packages.
• Deliver technical presentations and training.
• Represent Roquette at conferences and trade shows.
