Job summary

Roquette is seeking a Technical Sales and Customer Specialist for its Biopharmaceutical Team. Based in Wilmington, DE or Springhouse, PA, you will operate at the intersection of science and business, translating complex technical challenges into scalable solutions for biologics and parenteral drug product applications.

You will serve as a technical interface between customers and internal teams, support development through commercialization, and help drive opportunities while staying current on

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology, Biotechnology, or related life sciences.
• 3–7 years of pharma/biotech industry experience.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical subject matter expert supporting biologics and injectable applications across the sale cycle.
• Provide technical support to biopharma customers, enabling development and implementation of Roquette solutions at strategic and key accounts.
• Build and maintain scientific relationships with customer R&D, formulation, and process teams to define solution strategies.
• Guide customers in selection, evaluation, and implementation of Roquette portfolio.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal technical teams for alignment and timely delivery of solutions.
