Job summary

Amplity is seeking a Business Development Specialist to engage Health Care Professionals by phone, promoting client products and driving platform adoption across regions. This is a full-time, remote engagement with optional on-site visits and regional travel as required.

You will collaborate with client field sales teams, manage call activity, track KPIs, and contribute to strategic business plans while maintaining detailed CRM records and compliant messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant business or sales experience.
• Flexibility to cover multiple time zones.
• Ability to travel to office sites if needed.
• Willingness to cover all time zones if needed.
• Successfully pass all required Amplity and client training.
• Excellent technical skills with Microsoft office and other programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage Health Care Professionals by phone to promote client products.
• Meet program and Client objectives, drive platform adoption.
• Profile and manage targeted accounts to grow product and platform awareness.
• Create and implement business plans to achieve goals.
• Maintain call productivity and track KPIs.
• Collaborate with client field sales teams and management.
• Prepare management reports and maintain CRM data.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, policies and training.
