Neara is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead and coach a high-performing BioPharma Account Executive team across the US and Canada, focusing on emerging Biotech and small-to-mid pharma markets. You’ll foster a relentless hunter culture while driving strategic adoption of our genomics solutions.

The role blends high-level strategy with hands-on talent development: hiring, coaching, and developing ambitious reps into elite consultative sellers, plus executive engagement with BioPharma leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences required.
• 5+ years in Life Sciences sales or related roles.
• Proven record selling to BioPharma, Genomics, or NGS sectors.
• Strong C-suite engagement and strategic account management.
• Experience coaching high-potential sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach a high-velocity sales team.
• Lead executive selling and strategic opportunities.
• Develop territory business plans across US and Canada.
• Forecast and manage pipeline with Salesforce data hygiene.
• Penetrate emerging Biotech and Pharma markets.
