Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth in northern Texas, expanding our Biopharma portfolio with hospitals, IDNs and clinics. The role emphasizes building relationships, implementing contracting strategies and enhancing access to our medical and pharmacy benefit products.

The successful candidate will live in Dallas, Fort Worth or Austin and manage a territory including Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, Frisco, Plano, Georgetown, Lubbock, Abilene, and Waco.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or Science; 3–5 years pharmaceutical sales experience advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in account management and contracting in Biopharma.
• Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth in defined Texas territories and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead account management and consultative selling to promote the Biopharma portfolio.
• Develop contracting strategies and execute payer access initiatives with hospitals, IDNs and clinics.
• Engage with key decision makers to expand access and optimize reimbursement and product utilization.
