Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA in Philadelphia is seeking an Account Manager to grow market share for our Biopharma portfolio across PA, southern New Jersey and Delaware. You will lead account management, consultative selling, and contracting efforts to improve access and drive value for customers.

The role requires 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales success, strong relationships with hospitals/IDNs, and travel as needed to cover the territory. A results-driven, compliant communicator will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Required (Business or Science degree preferred).
• 3–5 years of demonstrated successful pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of exceptional results.
• Experience within Biopharma and/or Immunology or Oncology fields preferred.
• Medical Benefit buy & bill experience, and an understanding of contracting process preferred.
• Experience calling on Oncology and/or Immunology Physician Offices, Hospitals, IDNs, Academic Centers up to the C-Suite Level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales in assigned territory and develop new business opportunities that exceed objectives.
• Execute account management, consultative selling and clinical expertise to increase business and promote the Biopharma portfolio.
• Responsible for contracting strategy and execution with key customers and accounts (Hospitals, IDNs, Clinics/Practices).
• Develop opportunities within the customer base to enhance payer access and engagement with decision makers.
• Launch new products and programs and strengthen Fresenius Kabi's credibility with providers.
