IDEMIA Public Security is seeking an Enrollment Agent for our IdentoGO locations. You will use cutting-edge technology to obtain fingerprint records and help keep communities safe by verifying identities and processing biometrics.

This frontline role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and compliance in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are US citizens with a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience, proficient in Microsoft Office, and willing to work

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one (1) year applicable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment including computer hardware and software.
• Verify customer identity and scan required documents into database system.
• Successfully complete biometric and data capture processes and paperwork on each customer.
• Track processing time for each applicant and ensure applicants are processed in appropriate order.
• Perform biometric processing to include capturing fingerprints, photographs, and signatures to meet program standards.
• Identify opportunities to upsell retail products and services (if applicable).
• Adhere to company policies regarding security and confidentiality of applicant documents.
