Job summary

IDEMIA Public Security is seeking an Enrollment Agent for IdentoGO locations. You will interact with customers, operate biometric capture equipment, verify identities, and complete required paperwork to support secure programs and services.

The role emphasizes customer service, data accuracy, and adherence to security standards, with occasional evenings and weekends and potential local travel for coverage at multiple enrollment sites.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• Minimum one (1) year applicable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Previous experience processing credentials is a plus.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Evening and weekend work may be required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background screening and obtain required credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot fingerprinting and retail equipment.
• Verify customer identity and scan required documents into the database.
• Complete biometric and data capture paperwork for each customer.
• Track processing time and ensure applicants are processed in order.
• Capture fingerprints, photos, and signatures to meet standards.
• Identify opportunities to provide more products and services.
• Upsell retail products and services where applicable.
• Adhere to security and confidentiality policies for applicant documents.
• Follow Enrollment Center standards for signage, branding, and attire.
• Perform Enrollment Center Sustainment daily duties.
• Handle admin tasks: timekeeping, shift schedules, reports, inventory, and supplies.
• Represent the company professionally and customer-oriented.
• Support Customer Service Registration and Reservation activities.
• Complete time-sensitive trainings and briefings as assigned.
• Note: perform similar duties as assigned beyond Essential Functions.
