Job summary

Avante Health Solutions is seeking a Sales Representative to support capital equipment and biomedical engineering sales within a defined territory. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the role drives revenue through consultative selling and collaborates across departments to meet customer needs and quotas.

Qualifications

• B2B and/or medical sales experience preferred.
• 1-5 years as a successful inside salesperson; representing tangible products (i.e. medical supplies/devices, office equipment, copiers, information systems, etc., preferred).
• Medical device industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Partners with Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service teams to generate leads in designated territory.
• Maintains and increases sales volume; meets and exceeds assigned quota and sales objectives.
• Identifies new business opportunities, generates leads, closes new business opportunities, and converts accounts from competition.
• Manages sales pipeline per company’s protocol and uses CRM to drive customer penetration.
• Travels as needed to Hospital, Surgery Center, and Physician Office accounts within territory.
