Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in power generation or industrial operations.
• Hands-on boiler and biomass handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of P&IDs, safety practices, and lockout/tagout (LOTO).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate biomass plant systems and boiler per procedures.
• Perform inspections, tests, and basic diagnostics on equipment.
• Maintain logs, shift reports, and CMMS entries.
• Report abnormalities and support maintenance activities.
• Follow safety rules and environmental requirements.
• Prepare equipment for service and assist with LOTO.
