NAES Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager for the Madison Biomass Facility in Colbert, GA. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, fuel handling, and regulatory compliance to ensure safe, reliable electricity generation.

The role requires leadership across Maintenance, Engineering and Compliance, with a focus on plant reliability and continuous improvement. A Bachelor's in Engineering and supervisory experience are preferred, with relocation assistance available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience in power generation operations is required.
• Solid knowledge of power plant systems, emissions controls, and safety procedures.
• Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot, and drive reliability improvements.
• Strong leadership to develop personnel and maintain a safety culture.

Aufgaben

• Direct daily plant operations and supervise personnel for safe, reliable power generation.
• Develop and manage operational budgets to balance cost and reliability.
• Set staffing schedules, on-call coverage, and emergency response readiness.
• Coordinate biomass fuel handling, storage, and quality monitoring.
• Oversee maintenance coordination, outages, and preventive activities.
