Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking an Account Manager, Biologics in Torrance, CA to drive sales for Santyl, Iodosorb and other wound care products. The role focuses on hospitals, wound care centers and clinics, delivering compelling clinical value and building strong customer relationships.

The candidate will manage territory plans, educate clinicians, and present at events while aligning with the Advanced Wound Management team. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years B2B, direct selling or medical sales experience.
• Proven ability to present concepts to customers in formal and informal settings.
• Strong analytical skills including pipeline and territory management.
• Experience selling with multiple call points and decision makers.
• Professional training program experience (e.g., Challenger Selling).

Responsibilities

• Generate territory plan of action to attain territory sales goals.
• Educate end users on clinical benefits of Smith+Nephew products.
• Deliver sales presentations to key customers and groups.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
