Job summary

Smith Nephew Life Unlimited is seeking an Account Manager, Biologics to drive growth in hospitals, wound care centers, and clinics. You will call on facilities to provide Santyl, Iodosorb and other wound care products, expanding adoption and improving patient outcomes.

You will lead territory planning, educate clinicians on clinical benefits, deliver presentations, and build relationships with decision makers and thought leaders to achieve quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years B2B, direct selling or medical sales experience, preferably within the acute care setting.
• Proven track record to present key concepts to customers in formal or informal settings.
• Strong analytical skills for pipeline and territory analysis.
• Experience selling into accounts with multiple call points and decision makers.
• Professional training program experience (e.g., Challenger Selling).

Responsibilities

• Generate territory plan of action to attain territory sales goals.
• Educate end users on the clinical benefits of Smith & Nephew products.
• Deliver sales presentations to key customers and groups, including product lunches/dinners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers and thought leaders.
