Job summary

Biote Medical, the world leader in BHRT, is seeking a Territory Manager to cover the East Texas region from Tyler. This field-based role focuses on recruiting physician partners, educating providers, and growing Biote Method adoption.

You will train physicians and staff, present Biote’s program, manage leads and CRM, and travel ~20% to events and trainings. Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of B2B sales experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel about 20% and work in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of hormone replacement therapy through Biote materials and external sources.
• Train physicians, staff and patients on Biote protocols, marketing, therapy, forms and resources.
• Identify and evaluate physicians for Biote partnership using defined criteria.
• Present Biote training and business programs to physicians and office staff.
• Recruit suitable physicians through prospecting, appointments and presentations.
• Manage partnerships to grow practices, maintain patient retention and update CRM records.
