Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary patient navigator for biologic therapy patients.
• Coordinate medication deliveries and infusion scheduling with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes in the pharmacy system.
• Communicate with providers, nurses, and pharmacists to resolve barriers to care.
• Address patient scheduling questions and reinforce adherence to therapy schedules.
