Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Coordinator in Atlanta to coordinate the transplantation patient medication journey, including refills, insurance copays, and patient education.

You will work closely with providers and pharmacy staff to ensure compliance and smooth pre- and post-transplant medication needs. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, adherence to HIPAA, and a proactive approach to patient advocacy.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure with no disciplinary action.
• Pharmacy tech or healthcare background (2+ years preferred).
• Baseline proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to collaborate with pharmacy staff and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with PioneerRx preferred but not required.
• Retail Specialty Pharmacy experience or URAC/ACHC accreditation knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for patients through transplant medication journey.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of medications and coordinate refills.
• Assist patients with copay assistance and cost communication.
• Liaise with physicians, pharmacists, and insurers to resolve prior authorizations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and case activity logs.
• Adhere to HIPAA, federal/state laws, and company standards.
