Job summary

SENTA Partners is a leading MSO supporting ENT and Allergy practices. The Centralized Biologic Coordinator manages patient journeys from prescription to drug acquisition, coordinating with offices, insurers, and specialty pharmacies to obtain timely authorizations.

You'll verify benefits, submit prior authorizations, enroll patients in copay and patient assistance programs, and document communications in HIPAA-compliant systems.

Qualifications

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: LPN/CMA.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of medical office or healthcare experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10/CPT coding, and insurance policies.
• Strong communication and professional interaction with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with management, staff, hub personnel, vendors, and third parties.
• Enroll patients with manufacturer HUB for insurance verification.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and requirements with carriers.
• Request and obtain pre-authorization prior to services.
• Enroll patients in copay and patient assistance programs.
• Apply knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliant procedures.
• Document all communications in standardized records.
