Job summary

Cencora seeks a Patient Services Liaison to act as the primary contact for ambulatory pharmacy access and affordability services. You will coordinate with office staff, physicians, and payers to ensure timely medication access, maintain strong client relationships, and support program performance.

Role requires pharmacy technician or medical assistant certification, with experience in prior authorizations, copay assistance, and health system workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience with prior authorizations and copay assistance programs.
• Lead tech or leadership experience is a plus (not required).
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; ability to quickly learn other systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide liaison services for patients needing high-cost therapies and infusion therapies, handling prior authorizations and routing prescriptions.
• Offer subject matter expertise in retail pharmacy access and communicate with staff and leadership to improve processes.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned clinics for high-cost prescription access and ensure documentation in health records and dispensing systems.
