Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring Manufacturing Technicians to train you to run high-speed bindery equipment on the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift. This full-time role offers steady work Monday through Friday with overtime opportunities.

No bindery experience is required—we’ll teach you. You’ll learn to operate cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders, work with a team to hit daily goals, and help maintain a safe, clean workspace.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience? we’ll train you.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades)
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes)
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders)
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace
