Job summary

Sheridan New Hampshire is part of the Sheridan Group, hiring two team members to learn and operate high-speed bindery equipment on a full-time, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift. We’ll train you to run cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders, with a focus on quality.

No bindery experience required—we’ll train you. If you’ve operated machinery in any industry, are mechanically inclined, reliable, and enjoy teamwork, you’ll fit well.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience required; training provided.
• Experience operating machinery in any industry preferred.
• Must be reliable and able to work in a team.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
