Job summary

Sheridan Ohio, part of the Sheridan Group, is hiring a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery for the day shift (7a–7p). This full-time role involves hands-on bindery work, operating high-speed equipment, and contributing to a stable, long‑term career in printing.

You will set up and maintain the Perfect Binder, train crew, and ensure quality while handling routine paperwork and safety procedures. Overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must have mechanical aptitude and be able to operate bindery equipment.
• Ability to lead and direct crew members.
• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain the Perfect Binder.
• Oversee performance and train crew members.
• Delegate work to crew members and customize orders.
• Maintain quality and quantity standards; complete paperwork.
• May handle hazardous waste as part of daily duties.
