Job summary

Sheridan Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery to operate and maintain high-speed bindery equipment on a day shift (7a–7p). The role is full-time with competitive pay and overtime opportunities, offering hands-on training and a path to a long-term career in print manufacturing.

You will set up the Perfect Binder, supervise and train crew members, and ensure quality, safety, and accurate paperwork while adapting to custom orders and production demands.

Qualifications

• Hands-on role in print manufacturing and bindery.
• Ability to read specifications and measurements and follow instructions.
• Comfort with basic tools and mechanical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the Perfect Binder; perform maintenance.
• Oversee and train crew members; delegate tasks.
• Customize orders to specifications; ensure quality and paperwork.
• Maintain safety standards and handle hazardous waste as needed.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.
