Job summary

Walsworth-Eau Claire is seeking a Bindery - Operator II for the 1st shift in Eau Claire, WI. You will set up, operate, troubleshoot and maintain Hunklers, Collators, 3-Knife Trimmers and Folders, ensuring quality and production schedules.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in a Bindery role, a High School diploma, and the ability to read and follow written instructions. This full-time, day shift offers a clean climate-controlled environment and opportunities to train new operators.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 6 months in a Bindery role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and maintain assigned machinery.
• Troubleshoot machinery to ensure efficiency and quality to meet production schedules.
• Read and follow written instructions and job procedures.
• Interpret department policies and procedures accurately.
• Communicate effectively with incoming shift personnel for smooth transitions.
• Maintain accurate production counts and monitor quality.
