Job summary

Walsworth-Eau Claire is seeking a Bindery - Operator II for the first shift in Eau Claire, WI. You will set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain bindery equipment such as Hunklers, Collators, 3-Knife Trimmers and Folders to meet production schedules.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 6 months in a Bindery role, and the ability to read and follow written instructions. OT may be required beyond 40 hours per week in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and maintain assigned bindery machinery.
• Troubleshoot equipment to ensure production meets schedule and quality targets.
• Read and interpret job instructions and documents.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain accurate production counts.
• Assist in training new Bindery Operators and support process improvements.
