Job summary

Walsworth in Eau Claire is hiring a Bindery Assistant for 1st shift to support day-to-day operations across bindery equipment. You will perform general labor, assist machine operators with setup, and help maintain a clean and safe work environment.

The role requires organization, teamwork, basic computer skills, and the ability to read and follow written instructions. Occasional overtime may be needed to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work overtime beyond the standard 40-hour workweek when required.
• Basic computer applications knowledge as necessary for the position.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks such as material handling, staging and loading products.
• Assist machine operators with job set-up and basic tasks as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of assigned areas by sweeping, disposing of waste and maintaining supply levels.
• Follow all safety procedures as set forth by Walsworth.
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely and as directed.
• Read and understand the written information pertaining to the job.
• All other duties as assigned.
