RR Donnelley & Sons in Monroe, WI is seeking a Bindery Operator 1 on 1st shift (M-F, 7:00am–3:00pm) starting at $20.15 per hour. You will set up and operate bindery equipment, monitor quality and efficiency, and guide crew through production.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with paper weights, sizes, and colors to identify conditions.
• Basic mathematics to understand dimensional requirements and adjustments.
• Ability to use standard and specialized tools to adjust bindery machines.
• Read and interpret job orders to maintain dimensional accuracy.
• Knowledge of bindery equipment setup and operation.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate bindery machines and attachments to produce finished books and catalogs.
• Inspect equipment for safety issues and monitor quality, output and productivity.
• Direct crew through production and coordinate multiple workstations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
