RR Donnelley in Monroe, WI is seeking a Bindery Operator 1 for the 3rd shift (approx. 11:00 pm to 7:00 am). Starting pay is $20.15 per hour, plus a $3 per hour shift differential.

You will set up, adjust and operate a range of bindery machines, oversee production flow, monitor quality and safety, and guide the crew through multiple stations.

Qualifications

• Familiar with different paper weights, sizes and colors.
• Basic mathematics for dimensional requirements.
• Ability to use standard and specialized tools for adjustments.
• Skill in using hand tools to adjust powered machines.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Knowledge of bindery equipment setup and operation.
