Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Bindery Operator 2 (Machine Assistant) for 1st shift in Wisconsin. The role involves setup, operation, and coordination of various bindery machines to produce final books, catalogs, and other printed materials.

You will supervise crew, monitor quality, and ensure adherence to job specifications. The position pays $17.50–$19.00 per hour, with full-time status and benefits, and requires readiness to work 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Qualifications

Set up, adjust and operate a variety of auxiliary binding machines with cutting heads and attachments.
Set up automatic bindery machines with multiple functions to produce final binding products.
Inspect equipment for safety issues and ensure safe operation.

Responsibilities

Direct crew through all aspects of production.
Monitor quality, output and productivity.
Read and interpret work orders and job specifications for bindery requirements and tolerances.
Make adjustments to coordinate multiple work stations on a single machine.
