TSG - The Sheridan Group in Minnesota is seeking a Manufacturing Operating Technician - Bindery. We’ll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment, set up, operate, and maintain all sections of the machine.

No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you. We’re looking for people who are mechanically inclined, can read job instructions and measurements, work reliably, and enjoy teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery.
• Mechanically inclined and able to use basic tools.
• Ability to read decimals and size measurements on work orders.
• Reliable and works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, run, and maintain all sections of the Machine.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to machine and auxiliary equipment.
• Learn to interpret the information on work instructions and accurately record production data.
• Exercise initiative, ask questions and look for ways of improving productivity.
